Edward P. Slominski
Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
A serial entrepreneur who has had 5 successful exits with double digit EBITDA growth, Slominski is an accomplished business professional. His career began in 1987, Slominski invented the first mobile breast cancer unit, which today is widely used for breast cancer screening. In 2001, Slominski developed the widely utilized “Swipe n Go” small ticket transaction concept in the United States. Both of these technologies were transformative of an entire industry.Slominski has been the Founder of Anadyne Mobile Medical Technology, Prime Security Distributors, Choice Security Systems, PaySmart America and Direct Technology Innovations all with successful Private Equity exits. Most recently Slominski led an Investment and Development Team to launch SLiDE a disruptive Mobile application directed at the PSP/Aggregator Merchant Acquiring space. Slominski was a founder of StudyBuddy, the first online collegiate social media studying and lifestream platform. Key contributions in this area included: capital raise with private and institutional funding, steering marketing and sales campaigns, writing and executing company business plan and taking company from concept to production.Currently Slominski is Chief Revenue Officer of Moonshot Health, a highly innovative and transformative healthcare tech company that is an early stage company developing impactful products based on scientifically validated Digital Biomarkers. Slominski has raised seed capital along with bridge financing and will spearhead all future fundraising efforts while running sales and marketing of the brand including distribution to the marketplace.Across a number of industries Slominski has been considered a visionary that adds value while changing a market landscape. Aaron E. Slominski
President & Co-Founder
A payments career spanning over twenty years as an established and proven leader with a strong track record, Slominski has a diverse background in all things FinTech and Paymetns related. Aaron has started and successfully exited multiple companies from start up to eventual sale to private equity or venture capital, all with outstanding results. Special projects include a wide variety of executive level functions that ultimately are in line with Slominski’s past efforts; dramatically increasing sales through innovative marketing approaches, gaining efficiencies and reducing OpEx to make organizations more lean- all with keeping the Corporate culture aligned with the underlying values of his clients, and adding to the overall satisfaction of employee and client. A few notable wins include; assisting in the planning, development and eventual rollout of a multi billion dollar Tier 1 capital bank as a Member Service Provider in the Card Brand networks, raising over $900MM in committed capital for acquisitions, securing over $200MM in debt financing for clients to leverage for growth, conducting over $500 M&A transactions, and assuming leadership over underperforming payments organizations leveraging the knowledge gained running several successful payments companies in the past to lead an existing FinTech organization that was underperforming an existing a $1MM EBITDA organization that under Slominski’s guidance over a 36 month management period had growth of 18x. Aaron is committed to the Client first and serves as a Special Advisor and Board Member to various dynamic organizations and also co-manages the Family Office of Anadyne Holdings, Inc. Under Aaron’s leadership along with Edward Anadyne has diversified the consultancy to not only focus on FinTech and Payments but also on Healthcare-tech, PropTech and specialty financing. Aaron’s career acommplishments also include a Six Sigma Black Belt, a Special Advisor to the Electronic Transaction Association, Committee Member of the Financial Regulation Committee and the Electronic Transaction Association Technology Committee. Slominski has written articles and white papers for various industry publications and also has been a Keynote Speaker and roundtable participant at various Tech summits such as TedX, ETA SLNF, Money20/20, and Affialiate Summit. Passionate about giving back, Slominski is avid supporter of many charitable organizations and is on Boards and committees to causes that are personally meaning, specifically veterans outreach and support, ecological conservation and at risk youth organizations.

Savya Venkatesh
Savya Venkatesh brings a proven track record of building brands, driving growth, and supporting organizations through strategic marketing and business development. With a foundation in Economics from Rutgers University, Savya began her career managing marketing accounts while completing her studies. After graduating, she moved from Princeton, New Jersey to Palm Beach, Florida, and expanded her work in digital marketing, supporting businesses across New Jersey and South Florida.
Savya has held senior marketing roles across diverse industries, including spearheading digital strategy for a trauma-focused healthcare startup, where she oversaw branding, compliance, admissions growth, and automated outreach. She later transitioned into MLS technology, managing national campaigns, creating strategic partnerships to expand platform syndication, and growing subscriber bases through innovative content marketing. Savya has been involved in capital raising initiatives that contributed to more than $15M in raised funds for large-scale residential and hospitality projects.
Today, Savya leverages her diverse background to build brands that create meaningful impact by connecting communities with opportunities. Savya supports Anadyne by executing marketing initiatives that strengthen the brand’s presence and align with the firm’s growth objectives.

Mike Holt
Senior Vice President – Finance
With nearly three decades of experience, Mike’s a a seasoned investment professional skilled in identifying and capitalizing on lucrative opportunities across private debt and equity, real estate, and venture capital. With a data-driven approach to investment analysis, portfolio management, and risk assessment, Mike consistently delivers results to Anadyne’s clients in needs of these and fractional CFO services.Prior to to Anadyne, Mike was Chief Investment Officer at Atlas Group Ltd, where he led investment strategies that resulted in the successful closing of $60M in land acquisitions and $130M in development projects. His expertise in financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation played a key role in securing financing, optimizing portfolios, and driving substantial value for stakeholders.
Mike has also participated in other successful capital raises recently including at Smith Viceroy Capital LLC, as a Partner, he raised $50M in capital for real estate acquisitions, focusing on the multifamily and hospitality sectors.Mike entered the capital markets as a Senior Investment Analyst at Capital Management Advisors and as Vice President/Senior Investment Analyst at LJH Global Investments. In these roles, I managed large portfolios and executed strategies that aligned with market trends and macroeconomic conditions, reinforcing my ability to make informed, data-driven investment decisions.
Mike’s career began in law enforcement as a Special Agent with the United States Secret Service.Mike is a graduate Columbia Business School where he earned his MBA, alongside a Master’s in International Business from Columbia’s School of International and Public Affairs. These degrees have allowed him to combine technical financial expertise with global business perspective.
Mike is head of the Companies M&A Advisory Team with Mr. Aaron Slominski and also is in charge of Government Affairs.

Sam Karadshesh
Vice President – Partner Relations
Sam is a seasoned leader adept at building distribution and driving sales growth across diverse channels, including major retailers, e-commerce, and dealerships. Skilled in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, fostering partnerships with wholesale distributors and buying groups to fuel business development in start-up environments.
Recognized for leadership in both sell-in and sell-through disciplines, with a proven ability to exceed sales targets and lead teams to success. Has consummated relationships with the largest telcom brands in the world, Sam has a deep knowledge of the full life cycle of a telecom customer as well as the marketplace.
His primary role with Anadyne is as project lead for any and all Telecom opportunities including but not limited to mobile wallets, assisting municipalities with fiber optic architecture and planning down to COGS reduction for large independent cell phone franchisors.
Sam has previously worked with Anadyne in building out SLiDE the first of its kind mobile phone payment (TeleCom/FinTech) solution, which he secured contracts for distribution with a major national cellular retailer. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University and an MBA from Wayne State University.

Jay Howarth
Director of Operations
Jay Howarth serves as Anadyne’s Data Analytics Manager and Sr Project Manger. Jay directed a data analytics team in developing actionable insights that informed strategic business decisions, leading to the successful implementation of initiatives that improved productivity, sales, and customer satisfaction. In this capacity at Anadyne, Jay has designed and implemented data models, dashboards, and analytical tools using Python and other data analytics platforms, increasing data accuracy and efficiency of reporting processes, on average across all clients by 215%. Jay excels at Project Management and has a history of collaboration with Anadyne’s clients tech team as well with cross-functional external teams to define and meet key business metrics and KPIs, resulting in a measurable improvement in customer satisfaction and a 35% increase in operational efficiency. Jay is a graduate of Penn State University.

Michael Kirner
Director of Marketing
Mike Kirner is a multi-faceted, multi-cultural, bilingual content marketing and public relations expert, creative director, writer, editor, copywriter, designer and social media quarterback. He’s also a seasoned biz development expert and brand champion.Kirner has led external and internal communications teams for global real estate brands, including Pacific Retail Capital Partners, Cushman & Wakefield and Newmark Knight Frank, as well as lean and mean tech startups. These include Direct Technology Innovations, a payment industry pioneer and Barmaxx, an Austrian RFID technology company based in Vienna, Austria.His expertise includes powerful storytelling and thought leadership content that drives engagement and enhances the brand. He has developed content, SEO & SEM strategy and business objectives for nearly two decades. Today, he is the Creative Director and mentor for the University of Florida Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. He nurtures future and current business professionals on how to properly engage with social platforms and build their personal online brands. Kirner grew up in South Florida, as well as Frankfurt am Main, Germany (where he lived 10 years) and graduated from the University of Florida. He attended Frankfurt International School in Oberursel.

Colby Corson
AVP – Finance
Corson got his start in FinTech working with Anadyne during COVID while he was still a college intern. Colby has worked on various aspects of what is core to Anadyne in the M&A and capital rise (both private and institutional) environments. Specifically, Colby has performed regression analysis, built cash flow models, evaluated OpEx on clients after time motion studies has been conducted and also has worked on forecasts and participated in CIM development. Colby achieved his B.S. in Business from Emerson. Colby is an avid golfer, enthusiastic basketball fan and enjoys in speculating in the market.
